Along with beards, we are passionate about building a business. Entrepreneurship is something that can be achieved without actually starting your own business. There are organizations that are looking for entrepreneurs to help them build their business. While you may not have all the benefits of your own business; you do get a lot of the securities that ordinarily don't come quickly to business owners.
To get started building a business, it's important to surround yourself with passionate individuals who are also entrepreneurs. You can't change others to want to start a business, but you can find people who are like that. I've found events like Startup Weekend and communities like www.reddit.com/r/entrepreneur are great places to be.
From there you should try to build your business by actually testing it with the marketplace; rather than building a giant plan with no indicators from the market on if your product/service is desired. A great book to read about this topic is Lean Startup by Eric Reis.
I would love to be an inspiration to you starting your own business; if you have any questions, please leave them in the comment field. Thanks for watching and beard on!
