Today Carlos is gonna talk about a few thing you need to know when growing a beard. This is all based on his experiences and the people around him, like Eric. He's not an expert, but he'll give it a shot.
Tip 1: Eat Healthier
Eat your greens, get your protein, add some nuts into your meal, just help your beard grow from the inside out. Eat things that have a lot of nutrients. It's all about adding bits of healthy stuff to your meals if you don't want to change your diet completely. Also, you'll want to drink plenty of water, roughly 2-3 liters a day.
Tip 2: Stop Shaving
Leave it alone for a few months. It may depend on your job, so make sure to put that first, but still, let it grow and trim every once in a while. But if you're able to grow it out, just leave it alone for 2-3 months.
Tip 3: Scrub Your Face
Use a facial scrub at least once a week. It'll help get rid of all the dead skin cells that accumulate throughout the week. Keep cleaning and help the hair flow nicer. Even if you have a larger beard, you'll still want to use the scrub but also you'll want to use wash and softener once a week as well.
Tip 4: Moisturize
No matter what stage of your growth you are in, you'll need to use beard oil or utility balm to moisturize your skin and hair. It helps soothe the itching as well in early growth.
Tip 5: Train Your Hair
Not all hair grows at the same rate, so you need to train your beard to grow in the way you want it. You may need a few friends to help with this stage. Use a comb to help guide your hair in the direction you want it to grow. It may not seem like it's doing anything, but just keep brush or comb it a few times a day. This will also help get rid of the curls in your beard.
Tip 6: Exercise
Get testosterone to be produced more in your body. Lift weights play sports, just get active so your body produces more. Do what you like, you don't need to go to the gym. Just get the testosterone flowing.
Tip 7: Mindfulness
It helps you get more patient to just let that beard grow. You can read, you can focus on yourself, and just focus on the moment. Growing a beard takes a lot of patients, and this will really help.
