Choosing a Beard Style to Match Your Growth | Yeard Week 3

—Josh Lawson

Jack Milocco is giving another update on his yeard, and what to do if your beard isn't coming in as thick or as quickly as you'd want. His beard is coming in pretty well. It's a little sparse in some areas, like his mustache and cheeks, but overall it coming in well. This might not be the case for all of you though. You might be getting to this point and seeing your beard isn't quite what you thought it would be. Or maybe you have certain areas that are weaker than others.

Jack loves his lists, so he's come up with a few tips on what to do when this happens. First is to wait it out. This is probably the last thing you want to hear, but you're only 21 days into your growth. You also might not be at the time in your life where you have the coverage you want. That's okay though. It's still really early to make any drastic moves.

The second option is to start taking biotin. It's a supplement you can buy at any drug store or even a grocery store. It helps stimulate the growth of hair and fingernails. Biotin is mainly recommended for people who don't produce enough naturally. It's not a miracle drug that will grow your beard overnight. It's a gradual process.

Once you reach this mark and feel you don't want to wait any longer, you can choose a style that highlights what you're able to grow at this moment in time. There are a ton of different styles you can choose to show off what grows best for you. Hell, you can even create your own style. It's your beard, so wear it, however, makes you feel most confident!
