First thing’s first – Carlos says sticking to a vegan diet isn’t as hard as you might think. He admits that going out to eat is a bit harder, but cooking at home is a breeze. It takes a bit of research, but it is certainly possible to eat a healthy and balanced diet through vegan means.
Carlos says he feels energized and healthy, and after meals he never feels bloated or sluggish. What about dairy? He admits he used to be a fan of cheese, but finds vegan cheeses to be just as satisfying.
If you do happen to find you’re having a hard time getting all the vitamins and minerals you need in a day, Carlos says there are plenty of supplements available to add to your diet to keep things rounded and balanced.
