Eucalyptus, Pine
 Tree Ranger blend

After more than a year of development, Beardbrand perfected the finest Beard Wash around. This stuff was designed from the ground up specifically for beards. Like our Beard Softener, this amazing product is silicone, sulfate and paraben free. This Beard Wash has a lather that is gentle enough for your face, yet tough enough to handle coarse, curly beard hairs. We recommend applying the Beard Wash once or twice a week, but it can be used it daily if needed. Always follow up with a matching Beard Softener.

A great advantage of Beardbrand's washes is that they are designed to match the fragrance line of any other products we carry. If you need both the wash & softener, then check out the kit here.

Tree Ranger is a potent blend of eucalyptus that will have you smelling like you just hiked through a Pacific Northwest forest. In fact, people may be wondering why your face was hugging a tree. You shouldn't leave for your next camping trip, or anywhere for that matter, without this blend in your bag.

This Will be the Last Order I place With Beardbrand

As I communicated in a previous review and correspondence with a Beardbrand customer service representative, I will not be purchasing anymore products from your company after this order. It was an incredibly underhanded move to drop the size of your shampoo by more than 2/3rds while simultaneously raising the price per fluid ounce by 36%. Instead of own up to this price gouge, your company has instead side stepped every direct comment pointing this out with ridiculous statements about how this decision was for customer convenience and that the price was in fact lowered from what the former bottle cost. None of this is true. And it is frankly insulting that Beardbrand both has so little respect for its customers and thinks us foolish enough to buy that load of nonsense. Anyone with a basic knowledge of math and a shred of common sense knows that this change in size and price was of no benefit to anyone other than Beardbrand. Barring of course the goodwill loss that will inevitably arise of this stunt.

Hey Elliot Thanks so much for your thoughts and concerns. I know that you've previously spoken with our customer experience team as well as our social media team regarding your feedback. I really think that our customer experience team sent a very thoughtful and detailed response, so I'll leave that here as it touches on all of your points: "We're sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding our switch in sizing. We made this change this past winter based on strong customer feedback on wanting to travel with our products. We have since switched all of our sizing to a TSA-compliant 3.4-ounces. There were multiple factors that went into this decision along with customer feedback. With the larger sizing, it is much tougher to maintain the integrity of the product. Our Beard Wash will have a lifespan of around 9 months. So, where a smaller sizing may be less palatable initially, the product will remain its integrity throughout the lifespan of the bottle. We also offered a 2 oz sizing which was more popular amongst our customers than the 8.45 oz size option. We tried our best to meet in the middle between the two sizes while becoming TSA-complaint, which was a goal of ours for a long time and we had always heard strong customer feedback on. The price-per-ounce was decreased from the popular 2 oz option to the 3.4 oz option allowing us to meet in the middle of the two options as I mentioned before. We understand that with a decision like this that there is no pleasing everyone, but that is the risk that we run in a business like this. We're extremely sorry if you feel the switch was underhanded as this is not our intention at all. We were as transparent as we could be with our customers and sent out multiple emails regarding the switch in sizing when the change was made. Our founder Eric also penned a blog about this back in April that may shed some more light on the decision for you. You can find that here: https://www.beardbrand.com/blogs/urbanbeardsman/what-got-you-here-wont-get-you-there Our intention is also never to ignore our customers on social media or through our multiple support channels. Our Social Media representative was not attempting to ignore or mislead any customers in their response. We genuinely try to answer as many questions and comments as we can, but sometimes it does become impossible to get to everyone. We do take all customer feedback to our product development team if we sense any trends or issues. This is no different and we'll be sure to bring your feedback back to the team. We thank you for bringing this up and for giving your feedback, as feedback is the only way we'll continue to grow as a company." We fully understood that making the change in sizing wasn't going to be for everyone. If you're unhappy with the product for any reason, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and we can get a return or exchange going for you.
