Notice: Four Vices Beard Wash will be out of stock until sometime in 2019. Sign up above if you want to be notified as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, try our Four Vices Utility Bar as a cleansing alternative. Beard Wash is currently available in Old Money and our Silver Line scents.
We know we've developed the best Beard Wash & Beard Softener around – this stuff was designed from the ground up specifically for beards. They’re a perfect pair! The Beard Wash has a very gentle lather that is soft enough for your face and tough enough to handle curly, coarse beard hair. The Beard Softener, like the Beard Wash, is a silicone free product that won't build up over time. We recommend applying the Beard Wash once or twice a week, but you can use it daily if you are in environments where your beard gets dirty regularly.
A great advantage of Beardbrand's Beard Washes & Beard Softeners are that they are designed to match the fragrance line of any other products we carry. You'll save if you buy these as a package, rather than individually and we know you'll love them.
Who knew that sin could smell so good? We meticulously blended together the four unique scents of tobacco, coffee, hops, and hemp cannabis to create the perfect blend that's the rich and rugged scent of Four Vices. The earthy notes of coffee and tobacco pair perfectly with the bitter, floral notes of the hemp cannabis and hops.
Beard Wash: Squeeze a dime-sized amount of Beard Wash into your hands, rub them together, and apply to a wet or damp beard. Massage the wash down to the skin and roots of your beard, then work towards the ends. After a lather has been created, rinse the wash from your beard. We recommend washing your beard a few times a week, but if you work or live in environments where you sweat regularly, get dirty, or just feel you need some extra washes, use more often. Follow up with Beard Softener to keep your beard soft and manageable.
Beard Softener: After cleansing your beard with Beard Wash, squeeze a dime-sized amount of Beard Softener into your hands, rub them together, and apply to a wet or damp beard. Focus the softener on the ends of your beard and allow it to soak for one to two minutes. Or, for a deeper conditioning, liberally apply the softener to your beard and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Then, rinse the softener out and pat your beard dry. We recommend using softener a few times a week, but it can be used daily to gradually moisturize and soften your beard.
Using Beard Softener as a Leave-In Conditioner: If your beard feels extra dry, Beard Softener can be used as a leave-in conditioner. Apply a small amount Beard Softener to a damp beard and leave it in throughout the day or overnight. This will allow it to penetrate the hair shaft and provide additional moisture to the dry beard hairs. Rinse the remaining softener from your beard in the evening or the next day. Finish with Beard Oil or Utility Balm to continue providing moisture to your beard.

On my first use of the wash, I didn’t think it had much fragrance, especially when followed by the softener which does have that great four vices scent. But I didn’t give it much thought as the wash was still very nice, and the softener is great. A couple of days later I got an email from Beardbrand that their first batch of the wash had not been up to standards and they will be replacing the product free of charge as soon as it becomes available. In my opinion, it takes a lot to admit when there’s a problem and step up to fix it. Maybe not the ideal situation, but the Beardbrand team shows that they are not just a premium brand but also a premium company that will take care of their customers. Personally, I’m sticking with Beardbrand for the long haul! Thanks Beardbrand team!
The softener is amazing the smell is great. My beard has never felt this smooth. The wash on the other hand doesn't match the smell is off but you already know that. Waiting for the release of the new wash so I can order that.
I love both products even if it does not smell as strong as i think it should (think I got a bad batch). Cleans well and beard looks good and healthy.
Very happy with my last purchase of beard wash and softener, they both live up to there discription and performance wise there fantastic. Guys you have done it again and this customer is extremely happy
The quality of the product is still great but for the extra money paid I felt that tea tree smelled better, that is my opinion and a couple of others that smelled both on me.
