 Gold Line Styling Balm

Styling Balm is a versatile product that's perfect for all hair types. The light to medium hold gives a flexible, natural look for both the hair and beard. We formulated Styling Balm without parabens, sulfates, silicones or dyes in order to avoid build up after use. Styling Balm resists humidity, so it smooths out frizz while adding a light sheen to the hair. Use it with our Sea Salt Spray to create layers of texture and shine, it won't weigh down the hair and washes out easily. Together they create the perfect amount of shine and texture for daily looks. Try matching the Styling Balm with your other favorite products in the same scent.

Order the collection of our Gold Line Styling Balms so you can switch up the scents whenever you want (and have an ample supply).

Breathe deep - that's the smell of Old Money. With notes of aged oak, black pepper, and amber, this is a rich and complex scent that evolves as it's worn throughout the day, and is our most potent scent blend. It's a fragrance that is at home surrounded by rich mahogany, your favorite worn leather chair, a glass of whiskey, and a cigar.

Temple Smoke is a mystical blend inspired by the rich fragrance of oud incense. It has deep and warm layers with an earthy, smoky undertone. The complementary notes of frankincense and myrrh create a rich, and long lasting blend. This sweet and smoky scent profile evokes the feeling of a temple retreat.

Who knew that sin could smell so good? We meticulously blended together the four unique scents of tobacco, coffee, hops, and hemp cannabis to create the perfect blend that's the rich and rugged scent of Four Vices. The earthy notes of coffee and tobacco pair perfectly with the bitter, floral notes of the hemp cannabis and hops.

A little goes a long way with this Styling Balm! Take a small amount of product (depending on the length of hair - start with a quarter-sized amount and build slowly if needed), rub between hands, and apply to towel dried hair. The result will be soft pliable hair with a firm, but flexible hold.

Finally GOLD line hold 🥇

I normally use the utility balm (UB) and then the moustache wax (MW) matching the scent, but my beard had always felt ALMOST finished, but not 100%.
When I used the styling balm (SB) right out of the box, even on a dry beard, it reminded me of two separate, unrelated things: first, the texture is almost identical to marshmallow fluff, but then when you warm it in your hands and begin to apply it, I'm reminded of a very high end pomade I used a long time ago for my hair. It starts out just a little sticky, but almost immediately you can feel the resistance like it's beginning to grab hold of the beard. Whichever direction I go, it tries to stay.
About every 3-4 days, I use the new Spiced Citrus Beard Wash (BW) and Beard Softener (BSoft). The BW feels great, and can be used on your face and hair even--though I produce A LOT of oil which kind of cancels out the soapy part, but still cleans the hair and skin. I literally can't put into words how great the BSoft feels IMMEDIATELY. I have about 3-4 inch beard growth, and more than a dime-sized dollop of the BSoft is too much. Oh, and the spiced citrus smells like you were just offered hot cider at a crawfish boil. Sounds weird, but is soothingly intoxicating. If it's an evening, I'll proceed to put a little Gold Line UB on to hydrate my skin too overnight. In the mornings, I'll at LEAST rinse my face and hair with hot water, but usually Co-wash it with my wife's conditioner, towel dry it, apply between a shirt-button and dime-sized amount of (my favorite) Four Vices UB, comb it out with the Beardbrand beard comb I just purchased [and love, and take with me everywhere], and then apply the accompanying Four Vices SB. If I'm going somewhere very important, I'll also then apply some Four Vices MW, flip the comb for the Stache, and then finish it all with my boar's hair brush to keep the insane members of the beard tribe survive. For me though, the SB does more than a good enough job to hold down the Stache.

Styling Balm is versatile and performs well!

The styling balm smells great and lasts across each gold line scent! Excellent hold both in hair and beard with no build up. Easily rinses away. A little indeed does go a long way!
