Beardbrand National Beard & Mustache Championship 2025 Official Rules

Do you have the beard and style to be the Beardbrand National Beard & Mustache Champion? Submit your best photo for a chance to earn a place in the 2025 Beardbrand March Madness Bracket and compete for the title of Beardbrand National Champion (and earn a 64% off discount code).

How to Enter

1. Submit your photo and short bio at this link: https://beardbrand.typeform.com/to/gycn4aUS
2. If selected, we’ll place you in the Beardbrand March Madness Bracket.
3. In each round, you’ll face off against another Beardbrand customer. Whoever gets the most votes during the specified voting times moves on to the next round.
4. The further you make it in the tournament, the more you earn.
5. Submission deadline is March 16th, 2025.

The Beardbrand Greatest Beard Ever Tournament Bracket will run concurrently with the NCAA Tournament. There will be a total of six rounds over several weeks, as indicated below:

First round: March 20-21
Second round: March 22-23
Sweet 16: March 27-28
Elite Eight: March 29-30
Final Four: April 5
Championship game: April 7

In each round, you can vote on each matchup. Whichever beard gets the most votes wins the matchup and moves on to the next round. We’ll update the bracket after every round.

PRIZES

• Everyone who submits an entry will receive a 5% off discount code
• If you are selected in the pool of 64, you will receive a 10% off discount code
• If you reach the round of 32, you will receive a 13% off discount code
• If you reach the round of 16, you will receive a 16% off discount code
• If you reach the round of 8, you will receive a 25% off discount code
• If you reach the final 4, you will receive a 35% off discount code
• If you reach the championship, you will receive a 50% off discount code
• If you are voted as Champion, you will receive a 64% off discount code

Only one discount code will be awarded to each entrant. Discount codes will be awarded at the tournament’s conclusion. Your discount code will be contingent on how far you advance in the tournament.

Entry Criteria

• Submit a photo of only yourself. There shouldn’t be other people in the photo.
• Make sure your photo clearly shows off your facial hair style.
• If you have a professional headshot, that’s great, but not necessary. Just make sure the photo you submit is clear (not pixelated) and best represents you and your personality.
• All facial hair styles are welcome and encouraged!

Selection Criteria

Depending on the number of entries, everyone who submits a photo may not be selected for the official tournament bracket. Beardbrand will select entrants on a first come basis but reserves the final right to not include a submission if the above entry criteria are not met.

How does voting work?

Each round, a voting link will be sent to the Beardbrand Email Newsletter. The link will remain live for a specified amount of time. Feel free to share the link with friends and family.

How is bracket seeding determined?

Bracket seeding will be randomly generated.

I submitted a photo, why was I not selected for the bracket?

Entrants were selected on a first come basis. If your photo did not meet the entry criteria, it was not selected.

I submitted a photo. When will I receive my discount code?

Discount codes are contingent on how far you advance through the tournament. You will receive your discount code upon elimination from the tournament or at the tournament’s conclusion.
