When will my products ship out?

Orders will ship out within 24 hours and in many cases, the same day.

If an item is backordered we will ship the product when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being backordered) we will group them together and ship them out together unless requested otherwise by you.

USA orders

Do you ship to APO's?

Yes we do! Shipping generally takes about 20 - 45 days.

Why don't you guarantee shipping?

We can only guarantee what is in our control. We place our faith and trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 continents and lots of different countries.

What about duties and fees?

Currently we collect VAT & Duties for orders shipped to customers in UK & EU countries. For customers not located in those countries, taxes & duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

What are your international shipping rates?

For orders in the UK and Europe…

  • Standard, non-tracked shipping:

For orders in Canada, Mexico, and the rest of the world

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time will vary dependent on your country:

  • UK: 1-3 business days
  • EU: 2-7 business days
  • Other countries: from 2 to 30 days depending on customs. If you think your order is stuck in customs, please contact us for support.

When is your order cutoff time?

Orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day. If for any reason we are unable to ship out your order within our standard timeframe, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any delays and ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.

It's after the cut off time, what can I do?

Do you sell products locally?

Our long term goal is to get our products in retail locations, barber shops and salons. If you know of a person who should carry our products, please have them contact us or check out our authorized retailer page.

Can I return products?
