Why did shipping costs increase?
Beardbrand's shipping costs have remained constant for several years, while postal rates have increased each year. Standard shipping is free for domestic orders over $75 (excludes gift cards). Standard shipping is always free for Beardbrand Alliance members living in the United States.
What do your fragrances smell like?
Old Money -- The same oil base was used for this classy, firm fragrance. Top notes of oak, bourbon, black pepper, and amber will give you the perfect combination of sweet and musky. This fragrance is for the beardsman who enjoys an afternoon cigar and a stout glass of whiskey. Mahogany encompasses the heart and base notes.
Tree Ranger -- This is the most popular fragrance offered by Beardbrand. Sharp top notes of cedar wood and eucalyptus will leave you feeling like you're in the middle of the forest on a mid afternoon hike. The crisp woodsy pine will stick with you as a heart note hours after application.
Temple Smoke -- With a more complex formula, Temple Smoke is formulated from jojoba and argan oil. The dominant top note, agarwood is obtained from burning the resin formed within the aquilaria tree. This extremely unique fragrance is the perfect combination of musk and warmth. Heart notes include oak moss and sandalwood that will leave a lasting impression on your senses.

My tracking information says that my order was delivered. How is that possible?
Sometimes your tracking information will be updated if the shipment is out for delivery in your area. If you see that the tracking status reads as "delivered", but you haven't received it, be sure to check with your neighbors or other members of your household. The package may have been delivered to a secure location if you were not available at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, send us a note at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You should receive an email confirmation once the order ships from our warehouse. Domestic orders should include tracking information, including the tracking URL for you to easily reference. International orders will only have tracking information if you opted for Tracked & Signed Shipping. You may also reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for more questions regarding the status of your order.
How soon before you ship my order?
After you place an order with us, please allow 1-3 business days for us to ship your order.
Keep in mind that during the holiday season this may give a slower turn around for orders to ship & we will work hard to get orders out as soon as we possibly can.
Are duties or custom fees included in the sales price?
No. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees will be assessed to the customer by their home country upon the order arriving and must be paid separately to receive your order. If you have any questions regarding this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to email@example.com.
Do you ship to international countries?
Yes, we do ship to international countries. We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 different continents and many different countries. The list of locations that we ship to can be accessed in the drop down menu at checkout.
Information regarding shipments to Brazil
Effective Jan 1, 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include the recipient’s Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations and shipping labels. Please collect this information from your Brazilian customers as any shipments missing the recipient’s Tax ID will be subject to return, or even disposal, by Brazilian Customs.There are several different Tax IDs that can be used when shipping to Brazil, including:
- CPF - Individual Tax ID, similar to U.S.A.s Social Security number
- CNPJ - Business Tax ID
- Passport Number
How to include the Tax ID Number when preparing shipping labels & customs declarations to Brazil:
- In the Company Name field, enter your recipient’s Tax ID number
- For shipments without a company name, enter your recipient’s Tax ID Number with a CPF prefix: CPF 000.000.000-00
- For shipments that include a company name, enter your recipient’s Tax ID Number before the company name, separated with a dash: 000.000.000/0000-00 My Company
How do I remove curls in my beard?
This is a commonly asked question for Beardbrand. Fun fact: facial hair is actually flat, compared to the hair on your head that is cylindrical. For this reason, beards tend to curl, even if you have straight head hair. So how do you combat this?
The secret is in the tools. You're going to need a jar of Beard Balm or a bottle of Beard Oil to soften your hair and make it easier to manage. Next up, grab you a quality beard comb, and a hairdryer.

How many times a week should I wash my beard?
It all depends on your daily lifestyle. We recommend washing your beard two times a week. However, our beard wash has been formulated so that you can use it on a daily basis if needed.
How do I grow a thick and full beard?
Growing a thicker and fuller beard has a lot to do with something called “Genetic Growth”. Generally speaking, each person has a maximum potential for how full and how long their beard hair will grow. This solely depends on your genetics and there’s not much you can do to control that. However, there are a few things you can do to help promote hair growth. We recommend maintaining a healthy diet, working out regularly and making sure that you get all of your necessary vitamins.
What happened to the White Line?
Beardbrand no longer carries the White Line on Beardbrand.com due to an exclusive relationship with Target. If you are interested in purchasing White Line Products, you can visit any of the Targets or shop online here. *Urban Garden is not carried by Target and has been discontinued.
What is the difference between Styling Balm and Utility Balm?
Styling Balm is designed to provide shape and hold to your head of hair. It's also great for helping to provide some shape and hold for your beard. Just keep in mind that the styling balm has no moisturizing attributes. For the best results, be sure to apply a small amount of Beard Oil to your skin and beard. Then, apply the Styling Balm on top of your hair for control and shape.

What is the difference between Beard Oil and Utility Balm?
Utility Balm and Beard Oil both work as a leave in conditioner for your beard that will moisturize, soften, condition and scent your beard. However, Utility Balm also functions as a skin moisturizer that you can apply to dry skin anywhere on your body. Utility Balm also contains some wax in it. So it can also help provide a small amount of hold and light weight to your beard.

Can I modify the billing and shipping addresses on my subscription?
Yes. Once you log into your profile, you can modify the shipping information and billing information to your subscription order. Shipping information is located above the products you are subscribed to. Billing information is located in the information tree on the left hand side. Select either option to edit and confirm by selecting "Save".
Can I modify the frequency on my subscription?
Yes. Once you log into your profile, identify the product you wish to modify and select "Edit". Next, select "Change Delivery Schedule" and select the desired frequency. If you need assistance, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Please be sure to access this from a desktop as you might have issues when completing this task from a mobile device. Once you log into your profile, identify the product you are subscribed to and select "Cancel". You will receive an email confirmation that the subscription has been canceled.
